- Follow the instructions below to complete your CIM Start Transportation Survey by NOV. 17.
- To submit your transportation declaration please follow these steps:
- Sign into your Race Roster account here
- Click the blue Edit Registration button
- Click Products at the top of the page
- Choose your Start Transportation option
- Review your Personal Information to ensure it is correct
- Click Save & exit
Getting to the Start
- Participants are asked to choose their desired means of arriving to the start on race morning on the Start Transportation survey by NOV. 17.
- This survey simply assists us with determining the number of buses to order for each location and does NOT commit the runners to anything. If your plans change for race morning there is no need to contact us.
- Buses and shuttles are free to all runners. Please review the options for Getting to the Start before filling out the survey.

- Reminder: There are no gear check services at the start line. Gear check services are available at the Convention Center during operating hours at the CIM Expo and on race morning before bus loading (at Location A).
Personal Registration Information - Registration Questions
When you log in to your Race Roster Dashboard for the bus survey, don't forget to double check your personal information to make sure it is all correct. You will be able to make updates to information like: date of birth, gender, address or phone number, expected finish time, and emergency contact information.
If you are unable to run CIM for any reason, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or deferrals. We do, however, allow you to officially transfer your bib to another runner through our transfer process.
The transfer window will open on October 30.
To facilitate these transfers, we've created a dedicated Facebook group where runners can connect for these purposes. Additional information can be found here, including the link to the Facebook Group.
Transfers to the relay are no longer available as the relay has sold out.
