The Sacramento Running Association aims to bring world-class running events to Sacramento, and to put on competitive running events to support and grow the sport of running at all levels in the Sacramento area.

California International Marathon
  • Annually, draws a top international field competing for championship prize purse and bonuses
  • #1 marathon qualifying athletes for the 2016 US Olympic Marathon Trials
  • Served as the US Marathon Championship (1984, 1985, 1993) and US Masters Marathon Championship (1999)
  • Annually serves as Pacific Association USATF Marathon Championship
