IMPORTANT CIM PARTICIPANT INFORMATION FOR:
Action Items
- Read this email in its entirety.
- Follow the instructions below to complete your CIM Start Transportation Intention Form by NOV. 17.
- To submit your transportation declaration please follow these steps:
- Sign into your Race Roster account here
- Click the blue Edit Registration button
- Click Products at the top of the page
- Choose your Start Transportation option
- Review your Personal Information to ensure it is correct
- Click Save & exit

- Participants are asked to choose their desired means of arriving to the start on race morning on the Start Transportation Intention Form by NOV. 17.
- This form simply assists us with determining the number of buses to order for each location and does NOT commit the runners to anything. If your transportation plans change there is no need to contact us.
- Buses are free to all runners. Please review the options for Getting to the Start before filling out the survey.
- A comprehensive video explaining the race day transportation can be found here.
- Reminder: There are no gear check services at the start line. Gear check services are available during operating hours at the CIM Expo and on race morning before bus loading (at Location A).
Transfer reminders ("Standard" Orange, "Worry-Free" Gold, and Late Entries only):
- Last day to transfer is November 17
- Reminder that this process happens through Race Roster and all transactions will be processed through Race Roster including the refund of your registration fee; do not exchange any money or try to transfer bibs outside of Race Roster.
- All transfer information is found here.
Deferrals ("Worry-Free" Gold and Late Entries only):
- If you need to defer, there is no need to contact us. Simply do NOT pick up your packet at the Expo this year
- Picking up your packet declares you for this year's race and eliminates your deferral option
- If you defer, you will receive a deferral code in mid-December after this year's event, and you will be responsible for registering yourself for 2026 with that deferral code.
- You can find the deferral instructions here.

The CIM Expo and Packet Pickup location has moved from the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center to the California Exposition & State Fair (1600 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95815). Click here for more information.
Expo Hours:
- Friday, December 5 – 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, December 6 – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We can't do what we do without our amazing volunteers! If you have friends or family members who would like to be a part of the action race weekend, we are still looking for a few good volunteers. Anyone interested in volunteering can register here.
