- Follow the instructions below to complete your CIM Start Transportation Intention Form by NOV. 15.
- To submit your transportation declaration please follow these steps:
- Sign into your Race Roster account here
- Click the blue Edit Registration button
- Click Products at the top of the page
- Choose your Start Transportation option
- Review your Personal Information to ensure it is correct
- Click Save & exit
Getting to the Start
- Participants are asked to choose their desired means of arriving to the start on race morning on the Start Transportation Intention Form by NOV. 15.
- This form simply assists us with determining the number of buses to order for each location and does NOT commit the runners to anything. If your transportation plans change there is no need to contact us.
- Buses are free to all runners. Please review the options for Getting to the Start before filling out the survey.

- Reminder: There are no gear check services at the start line. Gear check services are available at the Convention Center during operating hours at the CIM Expo and on race morning before bus loading (at Location A).
Transfer reminders (Orange, Gold, Late Entries only):
- Last day to transfer is November 18
- If you purchased a transfer entry, just a reminder that your entry is for the Blue Level. You should have received a confirmation specifically for the Blue Level, that is the QR code you need for the Expo.
- All transfer information is found here.
Deferrals (Gold and Late Entries only):
- If you need to defer, there is no need to contact us. Simply do not pick up your packet
- Picking up your packet declares you for this year's race and eliminates your deferral option
- You are responsible for registering yourself for 2025 with a deferral code we will send you in December, after this year's event
- The deferral is only good for 2025 Blue Level Entry and cannot be deferred again or transferred
