Running a marathon is more than just the race. The race is the endpoint of your goal, but we believe the journey to get there is just as important. We call this journey the #Road2CIM. On this 20-week journey towards CIM, we have carefully created an interactive kit to help you navigate your training. On our very first stop on the Road2CIM, we’ll be exploring the importance of marathon training plans. Having a training plan is essential as it provides structure and guidance, allowing you to track your progress over time. Adding a coach or a training group can boost your motivation and support, as well as add a layer of accountability. Expert coaches can provide vital feedback and knowledge that keep you healthy and help you efficiently improve your times. Do you want to check a marathon off of your “bucket list”? Join the CIM First-Timer Program to receive support and inspiration to accomplish your goal, so you can finally say,“I ran a marathon!” This 26-week program includes expert coaching from Fleet Feet, a daily training plan, a community of other “first-timers,” an exclusive First-Timer medal at the CIM finish line, and more. 

The First-Timer Program includes Race Day Premium Amenities with an exclusive start line shuttle, tent, and porta potties.

The Official CIM Training Program has everything you need to run your first or your fastest marathon: experienced coaches, ability-based training plans, marathon-specific seminars, race-day premium amenities, and more.

During the course of this 18-week or 26-week program, participants receive a daily training plan and work with Fleet Feet coaches every step of the way. There are in-person and online options available.

As the Official Performance Coaching partner for CIM, Team RunRun is bringing elite-level coaches to the CIM community so that everyone can be their best on race day.
