On this 20-week journey towards CIM, we have carefully created an interactive kit to help you navigate your training. Like a GPS, we’ll guide you through multiple stops to reach your final destination at the CIM starting line. Our first stop on your Road2CIM is Marathon Training Resources! Marathon Training Resources
On our very first stop on the Road2CIM, we’ll be exploring the importance of marathon training plans. Having a training plan is essential as it provides structure and guidance, allowing you to track your progress over time. Adding a coach or a training group can boost your motivation and support, as well as add a layer of accountability. Expert coaches can provide vital feedback and knowledge that keep you healthy and help you efficiently improve your times. Scroll down to explore some of CIM’s official training programs and content to help you take your first steps in training.
