Train hard & train smart! Welcome back to running @runningwithbabies @runningwithbabies with @repostapp ・・・ The body is stronger than the mind thinks it is. That smile right there is the look of pure joy. After 7 long weeks of ankle rest, I finally got the go ahead from the physical thereapist to start some low mileage running. ???? and though I have a big fat smile on my face, this morning’s 3 miles was not easy. I need to work on rebuilding my stamina. I’m looking forward to doing just that these next couple of weeks Happy Easter by webmaster | May 5, 2017 | Instagram

Running isn’t all about PRs. Take time to enjoy the journey, like our SRA AmbasSRAdor @runningchoseme916 @runningchoseme916 with @repostapp ・・・ Take each race as a lesson. – This year, I’m participating in over 30 races. Instead of chasing PRs every weekend or 2 and get burnt out, I take each race as a learning opportunity to improve my life, running, and training. I have several races including Donut Dash, FroYo Run, and Color Run where I can have fun and not worry about my pace. by webmaster | Apr 21, 2017 | Instagram
We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Thanks for the inspiration @nikki__runs @nikki__runs with @repostapp ・・・ I sometimes get discouraged because I’m not progressing as quickly as I’d like, but in running, as with any endeavor, it’s important to remember how far you’ve come. We are all our own worst critics and goals are important – they push us to improve, but it’s also important to appreciate the progress you’ve already made. When I first took up running I couldn’t finish 3 miles without stopping to walk. Now I’m training for my third marathon. Not every race will produce a PR, but you’re still moving forward. Give yourself a break and a pat on the back for all your effort ?? . by webmaster | Apr 14, 2017 | Instagram
