SRA had a strong showing at the US Track and Field Championships as well as the US Half Marathon Championships.

Kim Conley qualified for the World Championships in Moscow with a 4th place finish in the 5000 (Jenny Simpson will run the 1500 at Worlds). Lea Wallace and Natasha La Beaud also had solid showings in the 800 and 10,000. Wallace reached the semi-finals, and La Beaud placed 15th overall.

At the US Half Marathon Championships, Daniel Tapia ran 1:05:20, while Kevin Pool finished in a PR 1:05:52. At SRA’s Freedom Mile, Steph Artis and Charlie Brenneman each took first place.

Wallace continued her strong season with 1500 PR in Lausanne, Switzerland on July 3 (4:09.13). Kim Conley is also in Europe, training at altitude in St Moritz, Switzerland.
