Our Director of Training and Education has created a FREE training schedule customized for CIM to help guide you through your marathon training. There are two different schedules to choose from; beginner and intermediate. Both incorporate speed work and slowly increase mileage to build up to prepare you for your upcoming event.

The current Training and Education Coordinator with the Sacramento Running Association, Kevin has been coaching distance runners for the past 10 years at the college, high school, club, and adult levels.

In addition to coaching the CIM Fleet Feet “Perform” Group and the West Campus High School Cross Country team, Kevin also coaches “Clancy’s Crusaders” a small group of Sacramento-based sub elite runners.
