Join us to celebrate the beginning of your CIM training cycle. Find a local CIM Ambassador group meetup, run with friends, or just get out there for a few miles to kickoff the start of the CIM training cycle.

This free event will take off along the American River trails at 8:00 AM, for our “Any distance, Any pace” CIM kick-off run/walk. Runners can show up early or hang out after the run to enter in our special CIM raffle, warm-up/recover with Elite Spinal & Sports Care, listen to music, and discuss with Fleet Feet coaches about the Official CIM Training Program. Runners will also receive a free post-run snow cone!
