Preparing performance-oriented runners of similar speed to meet their spring 2019 running goals. Full training plan built for success at the marathon or half marathon distances focused on your goal race.

Goal Races:

  • Napa Valley Marathon – March 3 – (Email coach immediately if interested and he will send you your training program upon sign-up)
  • Boston Marathon – Monday, April 15
  • Eugene Marathon – Sunday, April 28
  • Big Sur Marathon – Sunday, April 28
  • Mountains 2 Beach – Sunday, May 26
SRA Performance – Winter/Spring Training: $175
  • Full training plan built for success at the marathon or half marathon distances, customized for your goal race
  • Emailed communication with coach and other trainees to coordinate meet-up runs and workouts
  • Coached in-person group training opportunities for weekly workouts on Wednesday evenings and key Sunday long runs 
  • Race entry discounts for Super Sunday Run (February 3) and SACTOWN (April 7)
  • Post-run core strengthening and flexibility sessions
