Preparing performance-oriented runners for last-chance summer BQ performance:
Coach: Kevin Clancy, SRA Training and Education Coordinator
SRA Performance – Summer Training: $150
- Full training plan built for success at the marathon, with focus on last-chance BQ at Santa Rosa OR on building your base for CIM
- Closed GroupMe to communicate with coach and other trainees to coordinate meet-up runs and workouts
- Coached in-person group training opportunities for key workouts and long runs (Wednesday and Sunday)
- Race entry discounts for Gold Country Half Marathon (June 10)
- SRA T-Shirt
- SRA supported half-marathon trial, five weeks out from the Santa Rosa Marathon
- Post-run core strengthening and flexibility sessions
- $20 off Santa Rosa Marathon
SRA Performance – Summer Training PLUS: $225
All of the above, plus:
- Pre-season consultation to determine personalized training program
- Additional weekly coached workout session (Friday mornings @ 5:45AM)
- Weekly training review
- Specific pace prescription for workouts and races
- Full access to coach via email throughout the week
