A virtual run is a run or other fitness activity that can be done from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, or on a track. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it and record it yourself.

You can record and share your effort and achievement digitally and collectively celebrate your achievement and your contribution to helping sick and injured children in your community.
