Overslept and accidentally forgot to set my alarm this morning. ??♀️ So, instead of the 8 mile speed workout I had planned, I ended up running 5 easy paced miles with Dan by my side. ??
These past two weeks have felt really stressful, and last night I made a decision to change the direction of my week/happiness. I’m not sure why, but it can sometimes be intimidating to empower ourselves. If something isn’t working for you, address it. If it doesn’t feel right, stop complaining, and change it. I feel ?times better and can’t understand why I didn’t realize it sooner! Be confident, stay strong, and live the life you imagined.
