Race Week food planning, shopping, and prep time! Went a bit crazy spiraluzing the sweet potatoes and ended up with over 16 cups of noodles ?. Used 4 cups to make curry sweet potato pancakes. Coconut flour added just a hint of sweetness. Runner friends, what are some foods you eat or avoid the week before a race? Would love some best practices. Happy miles! @malindac
